Milestones covered – 2015-2025:

On-ground research

  • Pattern of problems in society, economy, education, and policymaking
  • Gap between upper-level awareness of scientifically verifiable knowledge and middle/lower-level pattern of social behavior
  • Dynamically changing learning pattern of personal and collective learning
  • Definition and classification of widespread, unstructured, and silent crises that societies are going through.
  • Possible challenges involved in developing a lasting and long-term solution.

Not Avoiding Tough Questions

In course of work (defining problem, its root causes/origins, and solution development), we had to face head on the questions like –

  • Why do smart, intelligent, educated people get stuck in life, career, relationships, finances?
  • does a person remain confined only to his immediate family?
  • Is the working professional, who chases money and career, even able to manage his own prosperity?
  • What is the solution to corruption and political mismanagement, which are the root causes of most of the socio-economic problems?
  • What should be a definition for a healthy society?
  • Why is the average family disconnected form culture, society, and shared problems?
  • What is the remedy for the pseudo-progressive mindset?

Early Success

  • Feasibility of creating an education system based on dormant need of mentoring for management of quality of life.
  • Foundations identified for a framework-based semi-formal education system
  • A pedagogy that deploys technology without diluting the essential human element commonly ignored by “pure online learning” models.
  • Developed a viable, organic reach-out model.

Courses and Frameworks

  1. The I-G-P Framework for Policymaking and Social HR – True development can never be accomplished through Infrastructure and Governance development. People’s development is equally important; and IT WILL NOT HAPPEN through formal (Western, vocational) education alone. We need a educational system and culture that has been repurposed. Suggested overview course.
  2. The 6CLP Framework – In current times, when people’s aspirations are “high”, we need to revisit what exactly controls quality of life. There are six critical turning points of life that controls quality of life for an individual / family. This approach will have long-term positive effect on the societies that follow an educational pathway based on 6CLPs. Suggested overview course.
  3. The Framework for Ethical Prosperity – The 500-year history tightly controlled by concentrated capital has caused deformation in macro level as well as at micro level, ranging from silent, inhuman conspiracies, to ‘normalization’ of crime and corruption. The West itself too is tired of it now and is looking for “purposeful capital”. The Addwit Framework for Ethical Prosperity is here as a ray of hope that can hold humanity for falling further. This framework comprises several connections to calibrate entrepreneurship, economic policymaking, our relationship with money, restrain mindless consumerism, localized self-reliance, developing parents’ ability to impart basics of ethical prosperity to the next generation, and not the least, the toxic competition/Marketism.
  4. Addwit 4Q Framework for Employability – Youth with well-rounded capabilities and personal traits are an asset for a nation / society; (and a liability of not so). The 4Q Framework is product of doctoral research that was extended beyond the thesis. The framework can be introduced through a quick, 2-day workshop; or as an in-depth two- semester curriculum.
  5. The Addwit Schooling Framework – Run-of-the-mill schools fail the child; homeschooling has its own limitations; gurukul system is not likely to be accepted as a viable option. 12+ years of schooling, heavy expenses, its relevance for life big question mark…children, parents, and school itself deserve something that works. Addwit Schooling Framework – (1) reduces number of years in schooling, (2) load of subjects during schooling, and (3) expenses involved in schooling – all the three without compromising with the social/academic/policy compliances.
  6. Addwit Framework for Parenting – Because of over five decades of degeneration of joint family systems, in all the cultures parenting is a lost art. To break the family system. Addwit Framework for Parenting has two layers – the first layer is independent of culture; and the higher layer is for parenting in alignment with higher human values and life goals.
  7. Framework for Social Reengineering and Decolonization– Today, almost every society is (1) carrying gaslighted psyche from the colonial era, and (2) demographically and culturally disturbed on the name of tolerance and progressivism. The Overton Window incapacitates the political systems to handle these issues effectively enough. The Addwit Framework for Social Reengineering and Decolonization prepares and enables society to handle these complex matters.

Roadmap (2026)

  • To continue adding several new courses in our course offerings.
  • Establishing local chapters and centers for Addwit programs
  • Setting up a conference series and a/few research journals
  • Expanding the panel of experts
  • To set up an internship program, ambassador program, and fellowship program
  • To enhance the user experience on Addwit website/App.
