We Understand the Faculty Dilemma
The [University Grants Commission (UGC) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) have explicitly mandated the integration of Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) into higher education under [NEP 2020 guidelines]. Under current regulations, mandatory IKS faculty training is directly linked to the Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) for faculty promotions.
