Program FAQ

SPF offers programs for six critical life positions that control work-life balance, quality of life and personal (ethical) prosperity. All programs are based on intensive research, yet presented in a non-formal, conversational manner.

These programs are based on timeless (ancient) principles that workacross various geographies and across various cultures. We have invested ten-years long social research to make those practices pertinent for today’s lifestyle challenges / opportunities.

A program usually spans about three months; with printed/digital program material + live / recorded / in-person sessions sessions. This is mostly followed up with an easy quiz to award certification of completion.

Further, for best results, a participant is expected to move to the next level. Each part of the program has duration of three months; a dedicated program material, and very specific objectives. For example, to assist participants gain language skills, we have four-part program –

Yes, and one must. The spectrum of programs being too wide, it works best if one specializes in one / two thems. For example – parenting, or language, or financial acumen, or emotional wellness.
