METHOD – Steps are (1) Case-taking session for 30-90 minutes (2) Then, I will provide a 3-month-roadmap to engage in certain actionables and techniques, in form of written document / email / audio / video. Two free consultations during this period. Fee for this (step 1+2) is INR 800. (3) Additional counselling sessions as required.

These two skills are separate – setting up a business; and preparing the next generation.  I can play an instrumental role in handholding the next generation, for grooming them up with mix of leadership vision, keen understanding of economy, nature of business today, and that of buyers and competitors. In doing this, we will stick to time-tested fundamentals of ethical business.

The current economic systems are based purely on numbers – supply, demand, profitability, market-share. It is failing all over. If we continue to ignore the ethical aspects of business, it will fail both – the economy as well as the society. Student employability is complex. To make things even more complicated, the youth cannot articulate their skill gaps properly – either because of peer-pressure, or because of their immaturity. The leadership of the institution must take the lead. Employability is much beyond getting them to write their CVs and prepare them for GDs and PIs. The solution that I will bring is based upon doctoral research – empirically verifiable.

Who gives the counselling?
Currently (2024), Dr. Arvind Agrawal himself provides counselling. He has 20+ years of handling from youngsters to CEOs. It is through the T-SAP Director onboarding program that more experts are being added to our panel.

Can we have a counselling on remote or online mode?
Yes, that is preferred method for us too.
