Addwit TSAP Director Selection: Basic Details to Know

T-SAP is The Strategic Advantage Program. It covers awareness about six critical life positions that directly control the work-life balance and quality of life. Because having the awareness of these six crucial turning points can provide “strategic advantage” to the person (compared to those who are not aware about it); hence, this has been given the name The Strategic Advantage Program.

Her/His main role is to lead the program – assist others in getting awareness and necessary skills to follow the framework of six critical life positions. To handle this, s/he will get a dashboard on Addwit platform. Her/His profile shall be published on Addwit website.

Completely her/his decision. She/he can procure a number of seats for online programs and/or copies of books as per her/his own plans. N-1, (where N = number of units purchased for the SKU); shall be considered for paying out commissions; which range between 8% to 18%

Work-from-home role – Yes, absolutely. Network marketing – NO absolutely.

No. Directors can set their own pace.

By and large, Addwit Institute is a virtual entity. Currently (2024) we are working within India, and whole-India is the territory assigned to everyone. Once we bring in multi-currency fee structure/pricing, then we will expand our operations.

The person must have (1) fairly good English, (2) proficiency and respect for at least one local language, (3) confidence that we can use the Indian Knowledge System to address many of the complex socio-economic problems we face, (4) patience and personal confidence; and (5) a knack for guiding others, for taking initiative to reach-out to them.
