This program tests participants for two important capabilities –
- What is their ‘fluency’ level for Englihs – both the conversational fluency, and processing fluency. Importnat skill, because language skills are vital not only for conversation, but also making most of the information, which happens through information processing (a cognitive skill with language).
- What are her/his inherent traits for career – will s/he fit a structured corporate, or an entrepreneur, or, a self-employed; or a mix of a-b-c.
The test method is hybrid – there are a few objective quiestions to respond to, and then, there will be a 5-15 minute personal interaction with an expert. The results from two shall be combined.
Feedback shall be provided to participants; with suggestions that will help them to decide if they should sign-up for the Leadership Track, or for Entrepreneurship Track.
A token fee of ₹50 is charged to filter out casual clickers.
